Customer Review: Wrong size shipped but Gel-Cumulus 9 is a GREAT running shoe
I ordered D width sneakers but received 4E width. Upon receipt, I called customer service at Footlocker, the actual provider, and the service was FANTASTIC. I re-ordered the sneakers directly from Footlocker and received the corrected size in a couple days with no charge for shipment (since it was previously paid with the initial order). There apperently was a glitch between Amazon's website and Footlocker that caused the size error on the original order. P.S. Asics Gel-Cumulus 9 sneaker is a GREAT running shoe and slightly less expensive than the newer Gel-Cumulus 10 model.
